Description

Application of Plaster Retarder

Gypsum retarding agent can be used in the plaster gypsum, the glue gypsum, the gypsum putty, the prefabricated gypsum components, the gypsum stuffing materials, the gypsum model broad, the gypsum decoration coating and so on.

Features

1. The setting retarding time of the gypsum can be controlled well by this agent. Using this agent, the strength loss of the hardened gypsum is very small.
2. The fluidity of this powder is very good, and it can be mixed well with the gypsum whether it is mixed by the spiral mixing or by the grinding.
3. According to the requirement, the operable time of the plaster gypsum and the glue gypsum can be prolonged for one to several hours by using this product. This will make things convenient for the construction, increase the efficient and reduce the cost.
4. Be used together with our company's SM high efficient water reducer, the setting time and the thickness of the gypsum paste can be controlled as you want.
5. Transportation: Gypsum retarding agent is non-toxin and non-flammable, so the transportation requirement is general.

1. Appearance: Grayish powder
2. Water Content (%): 3% max
3. PH Value (20) (20% Liquid): 10 to 11
4. Suggested Mixing Amount: 0.1 to 0.5% (Remark: With the mixing amount increased, the setting retarding time will be prolonged. But as the difference of the gypsum type, the setting retarding effect may different, so before using, you need to do the experiment to confirm the exact mixing amount)
5. Powder: 25kgs/ plastic sealed bag.

Storage of Plaster Retarder

This powder is easy to absorb the moisture from the air, so it must be kept in the original sealed bag and stored at the dry place.
