Description of Gypsum Ceiling Tile Material

1. Gypsum board is the core of the PVC laminated ceiling tile. The size of the gypsum board is 1.2m wide, 2.4m long and 7mm or 8mm thick. The edge of the gypsum board should be square(straight), not tapered.
2. PVC film’s width should be 1.22m, and its thickness should be more than 0.075mm. The roll length is suggested to be under 800m.
3. PET foil’s width should be 1.22m, and its thickness should be more than 0.0075mm. The roll weight is suggested to be under 150kg.
4. Glue for PVC film and PET foil can be different. PET foil has lower requirement to the glue. Suggested weight of the glue is 50kg per drum.
